If you are calling about a transaction on your online credit card statement that reads KIN*PROCESSBYBLACKBAUD 866-992-3374, this is a donation or transaction you made to a nonprofit organization. Generally within 48 hours the transaction will reflect the name of the nonprofit you donated to and their phone number. If you need additional assistance please call the nonprofit you transacted with or donated to who will be able to assist you further.

If you need assistance accessing a Blackbaud website created by a non-profit organization, please contact the nonprofit directly.

If you are requesting a refund or change to your scheduled transaction, please contact the nonprofit you transacted with or donated to. The nonprofit must make these changes, so if they are not sure how to do this the nonprofit should contact Blackbaud Support.
