His fundraising experience includes annual giving, major gifts, reunion and special events, government/foundations, and planned giving in the higher education and nonprofit sectors. Mr. Bush holds a bachelor's degree in political science and public administration from Elon University and a certificate in nonprofit management from Duke University.

Jessica Bouchard is a senior member of the Vancouver Art Gallery's development team, where she directs the Gallery's individual giving and membership activities. Under her leadership, the Gallery's individual giving revenues (including membership) have increased 194% in the past three years. Her career spans the nonprofit sector; prior to joining the Gallery she worked in the theatre and tourism communities. She is a member of Toastmasters International and sits on the board of a theatre company in Vancouver, as well as being a proud wife, mommy, cancer survivor, and Jeopardy addict.

Tiffany Elser is a lead solutions engineer for Blackbaud’s cultural solutions team. She was previously a top-ranked software instructor product lead, traveling across the U.S. and abroad training clients on all Blackbaud products. Prior to becoming an instructor, she worked on the customer support education team as a quality specialist, responsible for training analysts on product and technical knowledge and customer service skills. Ms. Elser is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, with a degree in marketing and human resources management. Ms. Elser regularly speaks at industry conferences and also serves on the Fundraising Research and Development Board of the Junior League of Charleston.

Chris Geady is a solutions engineer with Blackbaud Canada based in Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Geady works with all Canadian clients and prospects in a technical sales and consultative capacity. He has served as a Raiser’s Edge software instructor. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Mr. Geady worked in the nonprofit industry for a Blackbaud client for three years in an IT and development capacity. He holds an engineering physics degree and a certificate in database marketing.

As a seasoned professional in the nonprofit sector, Richard Geiger has experience with constituent relationship management technology, strategy, and implementation for a wide range of complex nonprofit organizations. Areas of expertise include fundraising strategy and analytics, fundraising process, and new program development.
At Blackbaud, Mr. Geiger works exclusively with clients in technological and business process improvement, focusing on areas such as the constituent lifecycle, data mining, direct marketing segmentation strategy and design, and proper analysis strategies. Mr. Geiger focuses on leveraging Blackbaud technology to help clients create a rich, agile dataset that helps clients optimize constituent experience and value through all communication channels to the entire organization. At the Zoological Society of San Diego, Mr. Geiger defined CRM best practices for supporting both the direct marketing and the zoo membership programs while configuring the data to cultivate both the high-end annual fund, major gift, and planned giving programs. Mr. Geiger has also worked with several of Blackbaud’s large private and public higher education institutions, such as Clemson, Furman, Oberlin, and West Virginia University Foundation, to integrate and optimize the use of direct marketing tools and practices as part of the constituent enterprise view.
Prior to Blackbaud, Mr. Geiger worked as the market and systems analyst for CARE with responsibility for fundraising system implementation, analytics, and data management. While there, Mr. Geiger developed technology-based solutions to support the integration of direct mail, major gift, and planned giving programs.
Mr. Geiger earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Heath is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in biology and a minor in chemistry.

Lawrence Henze, managing director of Blackbaud Analytics, has extensive experience in fundraising, market research, and the application of predictive modeling services to the nonprofit marketplace. The founder of Core Data Services, which Blackbaud acquired in 2001, Mr. Henze has also served as vice president of predictive modeling services at USA Group Noel Levitz and president of The Philanthropic Division of Econometrics, Inc. Mr. Henze has 15 years of experience in development, raising more than $125 million, primarily for higher education institutions. He holds a BA in Political Science from Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin; an MA in public policy and administration; and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Jim Hilborn is considered one of the leading newsletter publishing experts in North America. Among his dozens of information service launches are numerous publications for the nonprofit sector, including the phenomenally-popular web site, CharityVillage™ and Canadian FundRaiser eNEWS, which was launched in 2001 and is now the largest-circulation information service in the Canadian development and nonprofit community. Mr. Hilborn's latest project is the launch of the Civil Sector Press, Canada’s first book publishing company focusing entirely on the nonprofit and charity sector.
An enthusiastic volunteer, Mr. Hilborn is very involved in with many nonprofit organizations, including acting as the director of Foster Parents Plan International Inc, Camp Big Canoe, the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, the Kanawa Canoe Museum, and Metropolitan United Church. Along with only six other individuals, Mr. Hilborn has been named a “friend” of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, the highest honor the CAGP awards its members.

Ms. Lacoture joined Blackbaud in 2007 with seven years of experience in fundraising and project management within the Canadian non-profit sector. Ms. Lacoture is originally from Montreal and studied at the School of Community, Public Affairs and Policy at Concordia University in Montreal.

Molly Maple is a senior solutions engineer specializing in Blackbaud® NetCommunity™ and The Raiser’s Edge®. She has been a software instructor, working onsite with clients using The Raiser's Edge, Crystal Reports®, and Education Administration. Previously, she worked on the customer support team as a support specialist. As the child of a fundraiser, Ms. Maple got an early start working with major donors. She grew up visiting benefactors and attending fundraising events, and ran her first direct-mail campaign while she was a college student. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Ms. Maple spent time working for the South Carolina Aquarium™ before she began at Blackbaud.

Chris Woodill is the director of information technology and new media for SickKids Foundation in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Woodill has been managing large scale online teams for 13 years for a variety of companies and clients in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. He is responsible for overall technology direction for SickKids Foundation and is currently working with his team to increase revenue through online channels, lower costs through automation, and improve donor loyalty through better service online.
SickKids Foundation was established in 1972. Its mission is to inspire its communities to invest in health and scientific advances to improve the lives of children and their families in Canada and around the world. Its vision is “Healthier Children. A Better World.” In 2007, SickKids Foundation made the largest charitable investment in children’s health care in Canada.
