All cancellations must be submitted to conference@blackbaud.com. Cancellations received on or before September 15, 2008 will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between September 15 and October 15, 2008 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after October 15, 2008 will not be eligible for a full refund.
