Our goal is to make sure that all attendees find information that meets their needs and answers their questions. Attendees can choose from more than 100 sessions covering topics that resonate with nonprofit professionals.
This year, we’re making it easier than ever to customize your Conference experience to get the specific education you need. We’re cross-referencing all of our Conference sessions so you’ll be able to easily identify those that best apply to you and your specific role.
As always, we have divided our sessions into categories traditionally known as “tracks.” Each track title describes the content and topics that will be covered. Conference tracks include:

Session Tags New this year, each Conference session will also be labeled with tags that can help you identify what level of expertise you can expect the sessions to cover. Conference tags include:
- Basic/Intermediate
These sessions are geared toward nonprofit professionals that are just starting out with Blackbaud software or are looking to improve the day-to-day practices they already use. Sessions will be presented in an informal setting and will focus on a particular topic, allowing you to collaborate with experts and your peers to dive into the software and learn new techniques
- Advanced
If you consider yourself a “power user” of Blackbaud software, these sessions will be perfect for you. Sessions that are tagged “Advanced” will be technically-oriented and presented by leaders in the nonprofit industry who have knowledge about a specific topic and best practices to share.
- Strategic
These sessions will be presented by experienced movers and shakers of our industry. Strategic sessions will cover the latest developments in strategic planning and high-level tactics that can help your nonprofit organization achieve a competitive edge. |

That’s why this year we’re offering a track that covers online and offline marketing tactics. Prospect Research & Analytics Especially in today’s economy, nonprofit professionals need to pay particular attention to the way they spend funds and execute fundraising strategies. In addition to having a clear knowledge of fundraising progress, organizations need to know exactly who to target for specific types of gifts. In other words, being able to identify best prospects has never been so important! The Prospect Research and Analytics track covers many facets of research and fundraising.
