| Cancellation/Refund Policy |
 |
All cancellations must be submitted to conference@blackbaud.com. Cancellations received on or before March 20, 2009 will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between March 21 and April 17, 2009 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after April 17, 2009 will not be eligible for a full refund.
