Hotfix 14891 Instructions and Documentation (8/20/02)

1.  Download file HF14891.exe

2.  Doubleclick the file once downloaded.  This will extract the setup programs.

3.  Doubleclick on the setup.exe.  The installation will start.  Specify your program
    and data directory.
