NEW OR MODIFIED FUNCTIONALITY

Payroll
- Enhanced the Check Writing Wizard to include new check sorting options, 
final register options to print account and basis amounts, and a Print button 
to print the preliminary check register directly from the Wizard.

General Ledger
- Corrected an issue with Account Utilities Remove Accounts (option 9); it will 
only remove accounts if they are eligible to be removed in GL as well as not 
being used in Budget Preparation.

Accounts Payable
- Corrected a zero amount reporting issue on the Invoice History Report.
