Hotfix 21779 Instructions and Documentation 

1.  Download file HF21779.exe

2.  Doubleclick the file once downloaded.  This will extract the setup programs.

3.  Doubleclick on the setup.exe.  The installation will start.  Specify your program
    and data directory.
