Hotfix 21821 Instructions and Documentation 

1.  Download file HF21821.exe

2.  Doubleclick the file once downloaded.  This will extract the setup programs.

3.  Doubleclick on the setup.exe.  The installation will start.  Specify your program
    and data directory.
