Hotfix 21830 Instructions and Documentation 

1.  Download file HF21830.exe

2.  Doubleclick the file once downloaded.  This will extract the setup programs.

3.  Doubleclick on the setup.exe.  The installation will start.  Specify your program
    and data directory.

Description: Modified the timecard verification program PYLS821R.CBL to correctly pass the 
earning and rate data item info necessary to properly process timecards in the verify-all loop.

Fixes problem with...There were unpredictable results occuring from the timecard verification process.  
This would usually show itself when earnings types such as overtime were not using the rate multiplier. 
It could also show up when a RAM user was processing the timecard verfication task. This was because 
the earning and rate params were not being read in the verify-all loop that runs after the "normal" 
timecard process.  This would cause the PYW records to be rewritten with whatever the last multiplier 
value was before the all loop.
