Set up the workstation interface

From Tickets, click Print setup, under Initial setup. The Print Setup page appears.

Click Workstation interface. The Information bar and a Blackbaud Application message appear to alert you about a requirement for the workstation interface.

On the Blackbaud Application message, click OK. On the Information bar, select to install the add-on.

Click Workstation interface again. A security message appears.

Click Install. The welcome screen appears.

Click Next. The installation folder screen appears.

To select a location to install the add-on in a location other than the default, click Browse and locate the path you want to install the add-on.

Select whether to install the workstation interface for all users r or just yourself.

Click Next. The confirmation screen appears.

To start the installation the add-on, click Next. When it is complete, the completion screen appears.

Click Close. The workstation interface is set up, and you are ready to open the cash drawer and print sales documents.
