Welcome to the May issue of Payroll Post. This month's edition includes calculation reporting, unlocking optional modules, and our award winning news. Have suggestions for a future issue? Let us know by emailing payrollpost@blackbaud.com. Get Your Calculation Information HereHas your board requested a report that details how much is paid out for specific pay types? You can get all of the information by running the Compensation and Deductions Report under Transaction reports. This report can be run in detail or summary to list employee earnings, benefits, deductions, and tax amounts for paid or unpaid calculations over a specified time period. Read more about the Compensation and Deductions Report. Edit Unpaid CalculationsHave you created calculations and then realized you forgot to add a one-time pay or deduction? As long as you haven't printed the check, you can easily adjust the calculation. Read more about editing calculations. Is it Okay to Cancel Out of Posting? When posting, does your workstation's task manager indicate that the software is not responding? Wait before you cancel the process as it may still be running on the server. Canceling the process at the wrong point may result in data corruption. Read more about canceling the post process.
