Login Help When you have questions about our solutions, we want to get them answered right away. Our award-winning support website includes many helpful resources that are available to all members of our Blackbaud Advantage maintenance programs, so you need to log into our website to access them. How do I log in?
Click Please Log In at the top right of any www.blackbaud.com web page, enter your www.blackbaud.com user name and password, and click Log In. What if I've forgotten my user name?
Click Need your User Name? on the Log In page, enter your email address, and click Submit. We'll email your website user name to you. What if I've forgotten my password?
Click Need your Password? on the Log In page, enter your user name, and click Submit. We'll ask you to confirm your entry is associated with your email address, and then click Submit again. We'll send you an email with a secure link to reset your website password. When you click the link in the email, you'll be asked to answer your security question and then enter and confirm a new password. What if I'm not sure I have a login?
Click Need your User Name? on the Log In page, enter your email address, and click Submit. If your email address is in our records, we'll email your user name to you. To log into our website, you must have a unique email address because we use it to verify your identity and ensure your protection. What if I don't have a login?
If your organization has Blackbaud software, ask your organization's site administrator to invite you to create a www.blackbaud.com login and be added to Blackbaud's records on behalf of your organization. If your organization doesn't have Blackbaud software and you want to post to the forums or add a blog comment, click Join to register. Please note that you will not be able to access our secure website resources unless you are in our records as an authorized user at an organization with an active maintenance subscription. Can a Blackbaud employee change my website login for me or give me my password?
No. If we could, your login wouldn't be secure. You can retrieve your user name and reset your password from our website's Log In page. Can I save my user name and password?
Yes. On the Log In page, select the Save User Name and Password option; then click Log In. To change this setting, click Log Out and then log back in and select the option you want. If you don't click Log Out, your website user name and password will be saved on your computer and you will not have to log in again on that computer. What if I'm still stuck?
