Going paperless has never been easier. In Payroll 7 you can choose to selectively eFile combinations of federal, state, and local payroll reports. Our enhanced eFiling tax reporting conforms to federal and state requirements for forms that must be filed electronically, so you know you’re using valid filing choices. After verifying your filing information, choose to “eFile,” and the information is sent directly to Aatrix. You’ll receive confirmation via email when your file is received, and your form is then processed and sent securely to the appropriate agency.
What does it cost? There are nominal costs associated with eFiling various payroll reports. The W-2 pricing scheme is explained in the table below. New Hire reports are $19.95 up to 100 employees and then $0.05 per employee after that. Most other payroll reports, including SUTA reports and 941s are $7.95.
Just select and verify the employee records for your filing and the Filing Wizard will display your options with pricing for the quantity you’ve selected.
