Provide a Referral

Do you know of another organization that might benefit from Blackbaud software and services? If so, you may be eligible for financial incentive through Blackbaud’s Referral Reward Program simply by referring them to us! If the organization you refer is not already working with us and purchases Blackbaud software within 12 months of the date you submit the referral form, your organization will receive $500 in a Referral Reward Certificate. Redeem the certificate for any of the following:
  • New products
  • Additional modules
  • Training
  • Additional user licenses
  • Consulting packages
  • Custom programming
  • Custom report writing
  • Software Maintenance Program renewal

Become a Customer Reference

When nonprofit professionals consider purchasing new Blackbaud products or services for their organizations, they often like to talk to existing customers to see if they are happy. Blackbaud customers who speak to others about their success are called customer references.

We’ll manage all the details....

Most references involve only a 15-minute phone call. When we receive a request from a prospective customer whom we think would benefit from talking to you, we’ll contact you to make sure you’re prepared. We’ll set up a time that works with your schedule, and the prospect will call you. We know that certain times are busier than others, and Blackbaud will always give you the option of declining a call before it is scheduled. Plus, we’ll keep track of the calls you receive and make sure you are not overburdened.
