Refund Policy
Except for the cancellation policy described below, all payments and fees are nonrefundable. It is expected that students will assess the appropriateness of a course by reviewing the course descriptions and schedules in advance of purchase or registration.

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of our training. If you are dissatisfied or have a negative training experience, please contact Educational Services at 800.443.9441 or by email at bbu@blackbaud.com.

Cancellation Policies:

• Classroom Training
  Cancellations or postponements of a class registration may be made with no penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training class. Cancellations or postponements of a class registration made within ten (10) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training class will be assessed 50% of the fee for the class per attendee. Attendees who do not show up for a confirmed class will be assessed 100% of the fee for the class per attendee.
  
  
• On-site Training
  Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled on-site training visit may be made with no penalty up to sixteen (16) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training. Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled training made between six (6) and fifteen (15) business days prior to the first day of the training will be assessed 50% of the total cost of the scheduled training. Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled training made within five (5) days prior to the first day of the training will be assessed 100% of the total cost of the scheduled training.
  
  
• Online Training
  Cancellations may be made with no penalty up to three (3) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training. Cancellations of a scheduled online training made within three (3) days prior to the first day of the session will be assessed 50% of the total cost of the scheduled training. Failure to cancel a scheduled training will incur the total amount of the training's fee. If technical difficulties prohibit you from attending, you may receive credit or a refund. You must notify us by email at bbu@blackbaud.com or call us at 800.443.9441 when technical difficulties arise.
