Whether you're a new customer, a new employee of a current customer, or just in need of a refresher course, Blackbaud University is the place for you. Our University offers carefully designed classes, each created with one goal in mind — to help you get the most out of your Blackbaud software.

Blackbaud offers many different types of training to fit your needs. We offer training in Charleston, SC and regional training throughout the U.S. and Canada. These regional locations are equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, and each student is provided with a workstation for hands-on learning. See our Classroom Training for more information.

Sometimes classroom training is not a feasible option for you, maybe Distance Learning will be a better fit. With this popular option, a Blackbaud instructor will help you perfect your software skills in a live, interactive group setting.

Maybe you would like training that is more tailored to your organizations needs so Custom Training might be the best fit. Our customers have found that this option is ideal for organizations that want more individualized instruction. It’s a cost-effective way to train several users at once with one-on-one instruction.


General Classroom Information
If you are attending a classroom session, it's good to know that...

• classes begin at 9 a.m. and usually end about 5 p.m.
• lunch is not provided by Blackbaud. Lunch is usually one hour in length.
• the dress code is casual, and jeans are acceptable.
