Administration
-
The Duplicate Constituent Management Tool
allows you to review and manage all of your potential
duplicate records in one central location.
-
The Duplicate Constituent Management Tool first searches
your database, and then provides a list of all potential
duplicate records. You can then go through the list to
remove duplicates.
-
To remove duplicates, you can merge and delete records,
or mark records as Not a duplicate so
they are never matched again as a potential duplicate.
Batch
-
To help manage and organize
the batches you create, you can create categories
in which to group them, such as by user or by the
batch's intended use. You can drag and drop batches
from the batch list into the appropriate category.
Constituents
-
When you add a new address to a
constituent record, a prompt now appears to allow you to
copy phone and email information from the existing
preferred address to the new address.
-
You can now enter fuzzy dates into date
of birth fields.
Export
-
You can now rename export headings to
make the columns in the export easier to discern, and
more contextually accurate. For example, if you are
exporting multiple Gift Amount fields, but each has
different criteria, you can create descriptive column
headers to make them easily discernible in the output.
Mail
-
To help personalize
letters, the Last Name, First
Gift Date,
First Gift Amount, and Last Gift Date
fields have been added to Donor Acknowledgement Letters
and Quick Letters.

Security
-
The Edit
Constituent ID security setting is now
available. If you select the Edit Constituent ID
checkbox in Security, edit
rights will be enabled for the Constituent ID field for
a given user. If the checkbox is not selected, the user
can view Constituent IDs, but will not be able to edit
them.
-
In Security, you can now select
whether or not the Web Services module is
available to users. By default, Web Services is
available to non-Supervisors.
