To establish user security and limit access to only job-specific functions within the program, you assign users to system roles. The program includes a set of standard system roles that should meet the needs of your organization. To manage security you must be logged into the system as a System Role Administrator. Once logged in, you access Administration where you can add or edit application users and assign them to system roles.
