Batch Print Tickets

From the Batch Print Tickets page you can print tickets in advance for events such as scheduled events, pre-registered programs, and daily admission tickets. This only applies to orders with a delivery method set to deferred printing, and does not include group sales or pick-up ticket orders. For example, you can select to batch print will call tickets needed for tomorrow, at the end of the day today.

To access this page, from Sales, under Manage orders, click Batch print tickets.

Note: Before you can batch print tickets, you must update the Workstation Interface to allow users to batch print tickets. You must install this update on all machines used for batch printing. To update the Workstation Interface, go to Tickets and click Print Setup. On the Print Setup page, click Workstation interface. The installation wizard appears. After you complete the steps in the wizard, you must restart Internet Explorer to print. You must allow the Active X control for the installation wizard to appear and use Internet Explorer 7 or greater.

Under Batch print history, you can view previously printed batches. If you need to reprint a batch, select a batch and click Reprint entire batch. For information about how to reprint the entire batch, see Reprint ticket batch.

To view the tickets in a specific batch, click the link of a batch under the Printed on column, the Printed Batch page appears. On this page you can view the status of the tickets printed and reprint the entire batch or select specific tickets to reprint. For information about this page, see View Printed Ticket Batches
