If a discount is no longer in use, you can mark it as inactive. To mark a discount as inactive, from the Discounts and promotions page, click Ticket and merchandise discounts. The Discounts page appears. In the grid, select an active discount and on the action bar click Mark inactive. If you need to use the discount again, you can mark it as active.
Note: You can also mark discounts inactive or active under Tasks on the explorer bar on a discount record.
