I'm having problems with the Forgot Password? on the Blackbaud Account sign in page, what should I do?

Did you forget your Blackbaud.com single sign-on account password? If you've attempted to retrieve and update it via the Forgot password? link on the sign in page and still can't get in, we recommend you contact your Customer Support team. We can help you reset your password.
