If we have a Gmail account that we use to sign in to Raiser's Edge, will that work as our single sign-in?

If you sign in to Raiser's Edge NXT and your log in page looks like this:

And, do you use the same Gmail account as your email address in ResearchPoint? Then yes, your Gmail account is the same one you log into ResearchPoint with. At this time, only Raiser's Edge NXT has single sign-on enabled. Raiser's Edge database view does not.

If your emails do not match, we recommend you update your ResearchPoint application record to match the email address you use with Raiser's Edge NXT.
