Will the administrator role still exist in ResearchPoint?

Yes! Blackbaud will continue to have a special administrator role for how we create new ResearchPoint sites, how we deliver our consulting services, and for how we support you in the product.

Organizations will continue to have the Prospect Research Manager role. This role has the highest level of abilities in the program and manages application users.

Tip: When you assign users the Prospect Research Manager role, you also need to give them the Prospect Research role. This enables the full functionality needed for a ResearchPoint program administrator.
