Will ResearchPoint administrator functions need to be made on Blackbaud.com?

The only administrator function that needs to be made on Blackbaud.com is for a site administrator to associate your email addresses to the Blackbaud Site ID (if not already). When a site administrator logs in and goes to their profile page, they can invite users and manage roles. Manage roles is where you remove users who separate from your organization.

If users need to update their name, email address, or password, they change this information themselves on their profile page.

To access the Blackbaud.com profile page, from the Omnibar, hover over the Welcome, {name} and click the account link. Your profile page appears. Users can edit their name and email address from the Edit personal info button.
