Will single sign-on work with a Gmail account?

Yes. However, we recommend you sign up or sign in with your Gmail account using Blackbaud authentication. At this time, we do not recommend you authenticate with Google for your ResearchPoint application user record. There have been some issues with Google authentication and Blackbaud.com. As well, you cannot use OData in ResearchPoint if you authenticate with Google.
