After the upgrade, can I delete old users?

After the upgrade, you still cannot delete users who have performed tasks in ResearchPoint. We also don't recommend you delete.

Instead, we recommend you mark old users as inactive. When you mark inactive, the users cannot access ResearchPoint, but you retain a history of their actions.

Are inactive users cluttering up your Application Users page? We recommend you hide them in the Application users grid. From the Status column, click the funnel icon. Select all checkboxes, but leave Inactive clear. Click Apply. Only users who have a pending invitation status or are active appear.
