My Raiser's Edge login is different than my Blackbaud.com login, will I have to change my Raiser's Edge login?

This update affects standalone ResearchPoint only. If you have ResearchPoint embedded in Blackbaud CRM or Altru, this update does not affect you.

Also, this update doesn't change your existing Raiser's Edge credentials. If you are using the database view of Raiser's Edge, we did not change anything that will affect that credential. Your login to that program will stay the same.

If you are a Raiser's Edge NXT user and you link your existing ResearchPoint credentials to the single sign-on account you use with Raiser's Edge NXT, you will now be able to toggle back and forth between the two products using the Omnibar. Hover over the Blackbaud logo in the Omnibar to see which products you can toggle back and forth between.

If you have a single sign-on account you use with Raiser's Edge NXT and you are being invited to a ResearchPoint database, make sure to use your existing single sign-on account and do not create a new one. This will enable you to toggle as well.
