I am using multiple single sign-on products, but why do I still have more than one login?
Several Blackbaud products have already enabled single sign-on like ResearchPoint. For example, you may also be a user of Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT.
However, when you log into Blackbaud.com, do you not see all of your single sign-on products as an option from the Blackbaud logo on the Omnibar?
If you don't, it likely means that you do not have the same email address assigned to each of your program's user records.
The email address you use for your Blackbaud.com single sign-on account is the one we recommend you have assigned to your application user record in all of your Blackbaud products.
