How does Blackbaud.com recognize security rights?

Only site administrators, who have been given permission, have the ability to invite and remove users from your organization's Site ID account with Blackbaud. Users do have the ability to now update their own personal name, email address, and password from their Blackbaud.com profile page. An administrator does not need to (and cannot) do this for them anymore.

However, individual users will not have permissions above and beyond what your organization has designated for them. They will not be able to upgrade their ResearchPoint rights or other rights within the organization. Only users with the Prospect Research Manager role can change rights in ResearchPoint. Only site administrators on record with Blackbaud can make Site ID account changes.
