Organizational Units

During implementation, an organizational unit is configured in Administration for your organization. After it is created, the Organizational Units page switches to your Domain Users page.

From the Domain Users page, you manage the application users for your organizational unit here. A user with the Prospect Research Manager role can add, edit, and delete users within the organizational unit, as well as reset user passwords, disable accounts, and unlock accounts. To create ResearchPoint login accounts for your users, click Add.
