Users and Admins
Under Users and Admins, you view and manage all users and admins with a Blackbaud ID associated with your organization. This includes:
Note: Organization admins! Do you have questions about getting started? Review our Getting Started with Users and Admins FAQ. To access Users and admins, sign in to Blackbaud's website and select Admin from the solution menu on the left. Only organization admins can access Admin.

Anyone with access to your organization's Blackbaud ID-supported solutions.

Admins who manage your organization’s account.

Inactive users or admins, such as those no longer with your organization.

"Site admin" users on Blackbaud’s website now appear as “Admin” users under Users and Admins.

"Primary" users on Blackbaud’s website now appear as users under Users and Admins. If you want to promote these users to organization admins, you must select Make admin from their menu in the list of users. For more information, see Make admin.
Note: The my blackbaud page no longer appears on Blackbaud's website. All users and admins access features from this page, such as FTP and personal information, on your Blackbaud ID profile page. Other features, such as the ability to reset passwords for Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) and Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) are now only accessible by organization admins. All users and admins from your Manage Roles page appear.

Users with pending invitations or those whose roles were removed by a site admin on the Manage Roles page don’t appear.

When you add a new user or admin under Users and Admins, they receive an email invitation they must accept to begin working. To determine a new user's level of access to your Blackbaud solutions, go to the solution to provide the security they need.

We recommend organization admins with access to Blackbaud solutions have a unique Blackbaud ID for their organization tasks, separate from their solution Blackbaud ID. These users can be set up with multiple Blackbaud IDs and invite each one to be an organization admin or a solution user or admin.

To remove access for a user or admin that is no longer associated with your organization, make them inactive under Users and Admins. You cannot delete or remove users and admins from the list.
