When you add a new user or admin, they automatically receive an email invitation. After the invitation is accepted, they can use their Blackbaud ID to begin working, log in to Blackbaud's website, and access their profile and valuable resources, such as Training and Support.
You manage invitations in the list of users. To quickly determine the status of a user's invitation, such as Invitation sent or Active only, view their Status column.

To send a duplicate invitation when email delivery fails or the user can't find the original invitation, select Resend invite from their menu .
Tip: This option appears when the user or admin's status is Invitation sent only. To view a list of users and with this status, select the down arrow on the right side of the action bar.
To cancel an invitation when you inadvertently send one to the wrong email address or user, select Cancel invitation from their menu .
