Primary invoice contact
Under Primary Invoice Contact, you can view the name of the person in your organization who receives all invoices, past due notices, and payment notices related to your account.
To edit the invoice contact:

Select Edit from the Primary Invoice Contact area.

Search for the person to designate as the primary invoice contact. If you can't find them, invite them.

Select the user and select Save.
Note: You can only designate one primary invoice contact.
Note: You must be an admin at your organization to edit the primary invoice contact.
Organization admins
Under Organization admins, you can quickly send an email to an admin at your organization by selecting their name.
Tip: If your organization no longer has an admin, you will need to complete the Admin Request Authorization form to request a new organization admin.
When you need to contact one of your admins, select their name to quickly send an email. You can do this when you want to request:

Marking your Blackbaud ID as active or inactive
