From Your Activity, you can monitor your own tasks and interactions throughout Attentive.ly.
If you are not sure of your next actions in Attentive.ly, explore this area to review the product's suggestions. For example, you can learn about when you should perform your next import. You can also view contacts in your saved searches to see who you should reply to on Facebook or Twitter.
This page displays every level of one-off interaction you have had with contacts. The data that appears begins with your account's create date.
When you reply to a contact's Twitter post, you can click to select a date and time in the future to send the reply. When you do this, the scheduled post appears on this page. You can also cancel a scheduled post from this page.
Tip: If the clock button does not appear, you need to connect Attentive.ly to Twitter from your account settings. For more information, see Account Settings.
This page displays statistics for every rule that runs in Attentive.ly. For example, you can view the destination, action, and status of each rule. To view more details and settings for a rule, select its name. To change the data that appears for all rules under Activity Stats, use the Filters options on the left side of the page. These filters also update the list of rules that appear under Activity Log on this page.
Note: You can view email rule statistics for information about the number of sent emails and click-throughs. However, we recommend you view email statistics in Luminate Online for more comprehensive data.
Rules can be created whenever you take an action from the right column on the Search Results or Contacts pages. For example, when you create a group, export a segment, or setup an email campaign. From Your Activity, Manage Rules, you can view a complete list of rules that you've created. If the rule is ongoing, you can edit its settings here.
You can also select to stop or pause a rule in progress, or to begin processing one.
Note: If your organization is not using rules, we recommend you create one for The Evangelist Term Search to monitor and respond to Twitter users who mention your organization. You can also create a rule that updates a Luminate Online group based on mentions in a saved search.
To change the list of rules that appears on the page, use the Filters options. For example, to return all archived rules, select Rule Status, Archived.
