There are two types of accounts in Attentive.ly: Audience Segmentation and Social Listening.
There are two types of users in Attentive.ly: The primary user and child users.
Audience Segmentation includes the ability to import and match contacts. After this is complete, you can view public social data, such as age and gender, for your contacts on social media networks. You can also generate reports. However, you cannot view, monitor, or search social posts.
Social Listening includes all of the capability of the audience segmentation, plus the ability to view, monitor, and search social posts. Social Listening provides more features to closely engage with your influencers to help spread the word for your cause.
There are two types of account users in Attentive.ly. The primary user has full rights to all features in the product. From your Account Settings, this also includes the ability to edit advanced settings for your organization, and the ability to add and edit additional users.
A child user has the same permissions as the primary user for all available features. However, a child user cannot edit advanced organization settings, and they cannot create or edit additional users. When a child user views Account Settings, the Advanced Settings and Additional Users sections do not appear.
Note: You can only have one primary user in Attentive.ly. However, you can have as many child user accounts as you need.
