EAP User Assistance
Welcome to our EAP documentation. The links below take you to content associated with K-12 features currently in an EAP release.
Warning: If you tend to save links, be aware that once a feature moves out of the EAP release and into the general release, the help content below becomes part of the help file and can no longer be accessed through links on this page.
The video "under the hood" and SKY "look & feel" updates mentioned below are now Generally Available to all schools. Please use the main help topics and release letters for this content. The content below will be removed shortly since the EAPs for these features are now GA.
We’re working on a number of improvements regarding how we host videos associated with your “ON” site. For more details or to sign up, click here.
If you attended the K-12 User Conference last year, viewed the most recent K-12 Roadmap webinar, or followed the K-12 blog, you’ve probably heard that the “look and feel” of SKY UX is coming soon. This is a significant update to the user experience of the “ON” products. It’s also a key milestone for K-12 because it ensures your school’s “ON” experience will match the look and feel of both Raiser’s Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT. It’s a another step towards connecting your whole school with solutions built on a modern and cohesive platform.
We expect this update to be generally released in Summer 2017. Although the update does not affect navigation or underlying functionality, all users (including parents, students, and teachers) will see a difference in the style of each “ON” page. We’ll provide additional details about visual updates in future release letters.
If your school is interesting in switching to the new look and feel sooner, please complete this form. The early adopter program begins May 10, 2017. We’ll contact you with more information about what to expect.
All schools will receive this update as part of the general availability release later this summer. We encourage you to consider customizing the following information to best fit the specific communication needs of your school’s ‘ON’ users. For example, you might edit content and copy it into newsletters, message boards, and other communications.
