Address and Contact Information

Platform Managers can make changes to the school address and website URL through the Address Information task. The school address and URL is pulled onto several different reports, so it is important that the information is accurate.

Update the school address

  1. From the drop-down menu in the upper, right-hand corner, select Core.

  2. Click Address/Contact Information under School.

  3. Click School Address if your school has 1 campus, or enter a separate address for each school level by clicking the school level links.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Enter the following fields:

    • School code: use this field to enter the CEEB code that some schools display on their student transcripts.

    • Address: use the address fields to enter the physical and/or mailing address of the school.

    • Website URL: use this field to enter the URL for the main website.

  6. Click Save & Exit.
