Site Demographics

Platform managers can view your school's site settings.

  • Hours from server - This information may be useful for troubleshooting.

  • School time zone - Timestamps, due dates, and more use this time.

  • School culture - The default language or culture for your school's web experience.

  • Mailbox name(s) - School communications and notifications are sent from these email addresses. All e-mails sent from your school's Blackbaud education solutions (including Pushpage (Newsletter) and notifications) come from one of these two email addresses (listed as mailboxes). For more information, refer to email delivery and deliverability.

    Tip: We strongly recommend your school white list these email addresses so staff and parents can receive emails correctly. Encourage members of your school community to also white list these mailboxes on their personal devices.

  • Live URL - Users should bookmark this hyperlink to access your school app.

  • School login - This appears when users login to your app site.

  • Site ID - You may need this information when you contact Blackbaud Customer Support, Professional Services, and more.

To make changes, contact Blackbaud Customer Support to reach a Blackbaud specialist who will handle the update.
