Configure Directory Security

Platform managers can establish security per directory to determine who can view and use the directory.

Configure directory security

  1. To establish directory security, from the drop-down menu in the upper, right-hand corner, select Core.

  2. Select Settings > Directories.

  3. Select the Security link next to the directory.

  4. Choose the roles that should have access to view the directory.

    The information users see in the directory depends on the profile publish settings.

  5. Select Save.
