Error Messages Using Bulk Upload Tool

If you receive an error uploading a file using the bulk upload tool, try the following:

  • Select Try another file and browse for a different file.

  • Select Accept uploaded files to accept any other files included in this upload.
    For example, if you uploaded 3 files and one of them gave an error message, selecting Accept uploaded files will save the successful uploads.

  • Select Cancel to exit the Bulk upload tool without saving any uploads.

    Note: Selecting Cancel does not save any uploads. You must select Accept uploaded files to save any successful uploads.

Error Messages

  • File size error: This error occurs when the size of an individual file exceeds 1GB maximum.

  • IO error: This error can happen for any number of reasons.
    Contact Blackbaud Customer Support so they research the error for you.

  • HTTP error: This error can happen for any number of reasons.
    Contact Blackbaud Customer Support to research the error for you.

All files for the audio content type must be formatted as MP3.
