Login Settings

On the Login Settings page, constituents can view and/or edit their username (if platform managers have given them access to do so in the Profile Fields task). Constituents can also view their login history on this page.

Constituents can access the Login Settings page under Account (in the global navigation) > Settings.

Platform managers can also customize an on-screen message that appears at the top of the Login Settings page (there is no default text):

  1. From the drop-down menu in the upper, right-hand corner, select Core.

  2. Select Labels & Text under Settings.

  3. Select Custom Text/Messages.

  4. Select Edit for the Login Settings Text.

  5. Enter the custom message (for example, provide constituents with instructions on how to update their user name or who to contact with questions).

  6. Select Save & Exit.
