Lost or Missing Alum

A platform manager can mark an alum as lost in the database if the school does not have their current contact information. If your school uses Alum Groups, alums marked as lost appear on the Search for Missing Alum page and with an "L" next to their name on their class page.

  1. Select Core.

  2. Use the People finder to open the user profile of the alum.

  3. View the user's Contact Card.

  4. Under General information, select Edit

  5. In the Personal Information channel, select Edit.

  6. Scroll down and select Lost .

  7. Select Save.
