The pickAtime integration can be used to publish available time slots on your web page so that parents and students can schedule appointments. For more information, refer to the pickAtime website.
For parents and teachers, this integration is a single sign-on (SSO). It also creates and manages a data transfer that imports user data for parents, students, and teachers into pickAtime. The import can also transfer data for course sections and advisory groups.
Configure links to authenticate using the appropriate pickAtime destination.
From onMessage select Content and then Links.
Search for and select the link category.
Edit the link.
Note: If content is managed outside of onMessage, go to Core > Communication > Content Types.
Publish the link to your school's users in a location that is easily accessible, such as the Resource Board.
