Class Information

Platform Managers and Alumni Managers can track information about alumni donations using the Class Information task.  

Add/edit financial information for a class:

  1. From the persona menu, select onMessage.

  2. Under Settings, click Alumni.

  3. Click Class Information.

  4. Select the class year from the drop down list box and click Edit.

  5. Populate the following fields, all fields are optional:

    • Current Donation: the sum of the donations from the class.

    • Participation %: the percentage of alumni in the class who have donated.

    • Class Goal: the fund-raising amount for the class.

    • Participation Goal %: the goal percentage of alumni who will donate.

    • Personal Best Amount: the highest amount that the class has donated.

    • Personal Best %: the highest percentage of alumni in the class who have donated.

  6. Click Save & Exit.
