Page managers can use these tasks to create new pages as well as edit existing pages
- Select the Create Page button
Page Name: This is how the page will be identified on the menu or in the landing page area.
Page Type: Blank page is what will be used most often. Calendar, News, and Search Results page types have additional widgets specific to those pages.
Master Layout: Choose which Master Layout you want to build your page on top of.
Location: Will the page live on a Menu or a Landing Page. If it is a landing page you will get an option to make it the homepage.
Menu: Choose which menu the page will live on.
Parent Page: Decide what level the page will be within the menu. Leave blank to have the page be a Level 1 page or choose the page’s parent.
More Options: These options are not required.
Custom Title: This will replace the Page Name in browser tabs and in search results.
Meta Keywords: Comma separated list of keywords that describe content on a page.
Meta Description: Short clear sentences which describe content on a page.
SSL Setting: Pages will default to using SSL when log-in information is collected. Force the page to use SSL when collecting sensitive information like Credit Card numbers.
To add first row in the Page Content Area select Create Row.
All subsequent rows will be added through Add Row.
Once a row has been added, you can decide how many columns appear along with their width and spacing
Add Columns with Add Column.
Shift and size the column by dragging the edge of the column.
Delete extra columns with X.
Select and drag content, widgets, navigation items, or forms.
Release it when you see a dashed rectangle.
Select the brush icon from the Edit Page Content or View Page screens.
Choose elements to style from Edit Styles. For pages, you can style entire Rows or just the specific Content/Widgets.
Mouse over to the area that you want to style and select the object once the blue outline appears.
