Process Registries

Once a user submits a registration form, the Registration software collects and stores the information they filled out in the Podium database. This allows registration managers to not only access each registrant's information but also to run reports for each event.

Please review this information before processing your registries:

Process a registration:

  1. From the persona menu, select onMessage.

  2. Next, select Approval > Event Registration.

  3. Select Edit next to the form for which users have registered.

  4. Select Registries which will default to non-handled registries. You can view previously handled registries, as well as registries with processed and non-processed payments by using the Status drop down list box.

  5. To view the details of a registry, select the registrant's name. The detail screen shows all information the registrant entered while registering for the event.

    Note: To print an individual registration form, click the Word or PDF icon in the upper right-hand corner of the detail page.

  6. If you accept checks or payment from a student account, ensure that Handled is selected once payment has been received and/or processed manually.

    Note: When the payment is marked Handled, it does not include the registry as well. Therefore, you must complete Step 7 to complete the process. The gateway automatically processes credit card transactions and marks registries as Handled.

  7. When you finished reviewing the registration, select Handled and then Save & Exit.
