Pushpage Archive

Managers can use the pushpage archive content type to publish past pushpage issues to constituents so they can easily view and reference those issues at any time.

Platform Managers can add pushpage archives to detail page posts on the Resource Board and determine which pushpage template(s) should display. Additionally, Pushpage Managers can determine which pushpage issues should display in the archive by entering a publish date for the appropriate issues (pushpage issues without a publish date will not appear in the archive).

Sending a pushpage issue through email has no effect on if/when the issue appears in the archive. Likewise, publishing a pushpage issue in the archive has no effect on if/when the issue is sent through email.

Enter publish dates for pushpage issues:

  1. From the persona menu, select onMessage.

  2. Select Pushpage under Communication.

  3. Click Pushpage Issues.

  4. For new pushpage issues, click Create Issue and enter the publish date (the date on which the issue will appear in the archive).

  5. For existing pushpage issues, click Edit for the appropriate issue. Then click Settings and enter the publish date (the date on which the issue will appear in the archive).

  6. Enter an expire date (optional) if the issue should be removed from the archive on a particular date. If no expire date is entered, the issue will remain in the archive indefinitely.
