Complete a Learning Profile

Learning profile managers can add and complete a learning profile form for a student in the Academic Profile. Learning profile staff can also add a learning profile form for a student under onRecord > Procedure > Learning Profiles.

To complete a learning profile form in the Academic Profile:

  1. From the persona menu, select onRecord.

  2. On the dashboard, search for the student using "Find Me Now."

  3. Select Academic Profile.

  4. Choose the appropriate school year at the top of the profile.

  5. Select Add Learning Profile.

  6. Enter the date that the learning profile should become active.

  7. Enter the date that the learning profile should become inactive (optional).

  8. Choose the appropriate Learning Profile.

  9. If the student has an existing learning profile that uses the same form, select Prefill to pre-populate the information from the existing form. The existing learning profile will automatically be inactivated when the new learning profile is created.

  10. If the learning profile form is ready to be approved, select Ready. Otherwise, select Not Ready.

  11. Complete the form.

  12. Select Save & Add Another or Save & Close.
