Grant Awards

Award managers can grant an award to a student in the Academic Profile. Awards are associated with a group type (academic, activity, advisory, athletics, or residence life) as well as with a specific school year and term.

To grant an award to a student:

  1. From the persona menu, select onRecord.

  2. On the dashboard, search for the student using "Find Me Now."

  3. Click Academic Profile.

  4. Select the appropriate school year at the top of the profile.

  5. Click Add Award.

  6. Select the appropriate group type and term.

  7. Select the appropriate award.

  8. Enter the date that the award should be granted (optional).

  9. Enter additional comments (optional).

  10. Click Save & Add Another or Save & Close.
